Our Recreational U10 Program is for girls born in either 2016 or 2017. Age of participants is based on the US Soccer Association's age/season matrix. Note: This is the last season that kids will be sorted by their birth year. In Fall 2026 we will move to a school-year based system.

All games are played on Saturday's at the CWI fields in Nampa off of Exit 38 (near the Idaho Center) in partnership with Nama Premier Soccer Club (NPSC). All games schedules are generated by NPSC. Referees are provided by NPSC when available and may not be provided for every game. Games are scheduled from April 4 to May 16 on a 7 week schedule.

Our program is designed to teach these children team sport fundamentals, basic soccer skills and sportsmanship.

Our teams are led by parent volunteer coaches and skill levels may vary. If you are interested in coaching, please email soccer@kunapal.org before registering. All volunteer coaches are rewarded with a free registration for the child they coach. KPAL requires all families to help by volunteering 5 hours or pay a $25 opt-out fee. If you opt to volunteer, our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch. Volunteer roles include coaching/assisting, field set up, sponsorships and other season help.

Each team will hold TWO practices during the week locally in Kuna. Practices are scheduled and set up by the coaches.

Sportsmanship is a cornerstone of KPAL and strictly enforced for parents and children.
